BookMyShow offers refunds on eligible bookings as per the cancellation policy of the respective venue or event organizer.

Movie Tickets

Refunds for movie tickets are subject to the cancellation policy of the theatre. If cancellation is available, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Go to My Bookings, select the booking you wish to cancel, and click Cancel Booking. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
